Who we are

This policy explains how Zameel ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through zameel.cx. For any privacy question or request, email info@zameel.cx.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name, company, work email, WhatsApp number (if you give it) and the service you are interested in. When you browse the site, Google Analytics collects usage data such as pages viewed, device type, approximate location and how you arrived, using cookies.

Why we use it

We use contact form details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a call and, if we work together, manage that relationship. We use analytics data to understand which pages are useful and improve the site. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the site: Vercel (hosting), Resend (sending form emails), Google Workspace (our email) and Google Analytics (site statistics). They process data on our behalf and only for these purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a working relationship are deleted within 24 months. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@zameel.cx. If your device is set to a European time zone, analytics cookies are only set after you click Accept on the cookie banner. Elsewhere analytics is on by default. Either way, you can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

Client data

Data we process for clients while delivering our services is covered by a separate data processing agreement signed with each client, not by this policy.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
